Metro Vancouver townhouse price decline accelerated in November 2019 dashing real estate industry hopes for a market recovery.

The Open House House Price Index for condos – calculated using the generally-accepted and transparent repeat sales or Case-Shiller method1 – fell 5.20% year-over-year, the November preliminary update shows.
