The median sales price for Metro Vancouver detached homes is down 7.2% so far in May from the February 2022 peak.

The median sales price for Metro Vancouver detached homes currently stands at $1,800,000. It peaked at $1,940,000 in February 2022.

The median sales price for Vancouver detached homes dropped 9.6% to $2,400,000 from the January 2022 peak of $2,655,000.

The median sales price for Surrey detached homes dropped 16.3% to $1,590,000 from the February 2022 peak of $1,900,000.

The median sales price for Langley detached homes dropped 18% to $1,444,500 from the January 2022 peak of $1,762,500.

The OpenHousing Home Price Index covers Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, West Vancouver, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Delta, Surrey, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Lions Bay, Bower Island, Anmore, and Belcarra, Langley and White Rock. Data for Vancouver also include University British Columbia and University Endowment Lands.
