Metro Vancouver detached price decline accelerated in December 2019, as the surge in sales seen in the Fall begins to die down.

The Open House House Price Index for detached – calculated using the generally-accepted and transparent repeat sales or Case-Shiller method1 – fell 5.61% year-over-year, the December mid-month update shows.
